It started with a soaked sock and a simple question.
In 2018, after a long, rainy mountain trail, our founder Alan faced his hiking socks—cold, heavy, and practically pourable. He asked, “In an age of advanced technology, why must we still endure the discomfort and risk of wetness?” That question was Summitdry’s origin. We didn’t set out to create another piece of gear, but to solve an age-old problem.
